Merry Meet Forum Terms of Service.
By Using/posting on this forum I agree to abide by the following.
1. SPAM will be removed. This includes double posting (posting messages after yourself) and flooding (Posting the same message multiple times without due cause).
2."Plugging" and/or advertising of a service and/or any profit making item(s) is forbidden unless you have prior written consent. Do not use this forum as a way of advertising unless pre approved by Viccwicc or Starlus. If you wish to advertise then please get in touch as there maybe options available for you. This will be treated as SPAM and will be issued warnings as structured as per "Warnings" after section 8. This applies to Forum posting, Cackle Box, Online Moot, PM's.
3. Content of Messages/Posts/Topics/PM may NOT contain messages specifically to directly or indirectly to offend or harm any member in any way shape or form. Messages must contain no acts of aggression or text purposely used to create an argument.
3a. Any personal service , dealings or disputes involving financial properties with another member/administration member/ vendor is just that, personal and not the responsibility of the site. It has no direct dealings with the site. Any matters relating to money for a service is to be resolved between the buyer and vendor. Administration, nor the site is responsible for these transactions, as it is between you. However Administration will try to help resolve any matters/ issues when possible. Administration reserves the right to ban anyone posting slanderous remarks about the vendor/buyer or products. IF THIS PERSISTS A DETERMINED BAN FOR BOTH PARTIES WILL BE PUT IN PLACE for this reason. Not including the said parties involved resulting in a bad relationship. If this was the case, forums would have no members.
4. Website links and or website suggestions must not be posted on Merry Meet Forum/Cackle Box/Online Moot/PM without the written consent of Viccwicc or Starlus, there is a section for links and if you would like yours/someone else's site to be advertised here then please email/PM Viccwicc who if it does not include a forum and/or a shop and Viccwicc and Starlus feel that it will be of relevance to ViccWiccWicca members this will be posted in this section. Website links/website link suggestions will be treated as SPAM if they are posted without the written consent. If a member continues to do this then a warning/ban will be put in place (please see warnings below section 8)
5. Problems. Any problem you have related to Merry Meet Forum and its members should be directed directly to a member of the administration team where that member will try and resolve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. You may NOT under any circumstances unless told otherwise by a member of the administration team post these messages in a public forum.
6. Private Messages. You have given the privilege to private messages. Private Messages you send MUST NOT break any of the above rules. They CANNOT contain any offensive content or physical or non-physical threats.
7. "Protest Threads". Members Merry Meet Forum are entitled to an opinion. However, threads to "protest" against the actions of another member or administration team are strictly forbidden. Such actions are between the involved parties ONLY, and you have no rights to become involved. The involved parties should use PM and PM alone to contact, unless told otherwise by a member of the Moderation / Administration team.
8. Swearing of any kind will cause for a warning to take place that includes Forum, Cackle Box and Online Moots.
Warnings
1st - Polite message to say that must not happen again.
2nd - 24 hour ban from the forum
3rd - 1 week ban from the forum
4th - Total ban.
Users are responsible for any activity on their account. No other persons can be held responsible. It's your account; it's your responsibility to keep it secure.
We reserve the right to lock and/or delete posts/threads that are deemed unfit by the by the Moderation / Administration Team. If a post/thread has been deleted then it must NOT be re posted without consent from Viccwicc or Starlus. Only members of the admin team can delete posts. The above guidelines should be but may not necessarily be used in this situation.
Depending on circumstances we reserve the right to alter warn levels or remove site access temporarily any time without notice.
The administration team reserves the right to amend, alter, or remove rules at any point. Warns / Bans are subject to the current circumstances and will be made by the Moderator, Administrator at the time. You may appeal against a Warn / Ban by contacting the person who banned / Warned you. This may only be discussed by the directly involved parties. No member holds any rights to use or govern Merry Meet Forum, only a privilege which we reserve the right to remove at any time without notice.
Merry Meet Forum is not and will not be responsible for any content posted by other members on this site. Views expressed by members are not necessarily shared by Merry Meet Forum...

We dislike having to have policy's but some guide lines have to be said and Both Brian and myself hope you fully enjoy the forum.

You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details, password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one). We also send out mass emails on average once a month with new dates/times for the Online Moot Chats and any other relevant information possibly about the shop as well and any other activities that are to happen on ViccWiccWicca. We do not sell, rent or lend your details to anyone this is solely for ViccWiccWicca
